WEST PALM BEACH, FL, April 6th, 2018 / – – Temple University will be hosting the Southeastern PA Opioid Addiction Summit on April 20, 2018 in Philadelphia. This crucial event will raise awareness about the opioid epidemic that has claimed more than half a million lives in the United States between the years 2000 and 2015. The purpose of this one-day summit is to open conversations with key leaders on addiction prevention, treatment and policy. In Philadelphia and surrounding areas, the opioid addiction crisis has been particularly devastating and continues to grow.
