Jaime Powers
Chief Executive Officer
Having served GateHouse Treatment in executive-level jobs since 2022, Jaime Powers’ dedication to quality client care earned her the role of GateHouse Treatment CEO in 2024. Ms. Powers began her career as a front-line staff person at a treatment center before moving on to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services during the height of the Opioid epidemic. Notably, Ms. Powers led efforts to expand naloxone access, normalize medication-assisted recovery, and establish Doorways program access points.
Ms. Powers is a New Hampshire native with a bachelor’s degree from Colby-Sawyer College and a master’s degree in psychology from Walden University. Passionate about equitable access to compassionate substance use disorder treatment, Ms. Powers seeks to transform the treatment of substance use disorder through GateHouse and its affiliated companies.
Joshua Broudo, LICSW
Clinical Director
Mr. Broudo has been the Clinical Director at GateHouse Treatment since January 2023. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families facing various challenges, focusing on substance use disorders since 2011. His clinical experience extends to outpatient therapy, community mental health, in-home therapy, mobile crisis, and school-based outpatient services.
Mr. Broudo earned his Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University (2011), his Master’s of Science in Special Education from Simmons College (2005), and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Clark University. Driven by a passion for helping others and improving health outcomes, Mr. Broudo has over 20 years of experience working with vulnerable populations to empower individuals and families to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives.
