Sara Elizabeth Jastrzebski M.A., NCC
Sara is a Primary Therapist at GateHouse Treatment in Nashua, New Hampshire. Sara works with GateHouse Treatment clients on a one-on-one basis, creating individualized treatment plans for each one and helping them prepare for long-term sobriety by learning coping methods, stress management, understanding their emotions, and overcoming past trauma.
Originally from Connecticut, Sara began her professional career as a Barber and Cosmetologist in 1995. Her desire to help others improve themselves led her to transfer her undergraduate studies at Central Connecticut State University from Pre-Medicine Biology to Psychology. Sara received her Bachelor of Science from Worcester State College in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health Services in 2008. In 2016, Sara received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England. Sara is a Nationally Certified Counselor.
Sara has been working in the mental health and substance abuse fields since 2008. Through professional and personal experience, she has been able to help those dealing with mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other trauma-related issues. “My greatest desire is to help others discover and tap into their full potential. Everyone has the capacity for greatness and the ability to live a happy and content life. I feel endless satisfaction when I see others succeed.”
